Job description: I am currently recruiting for a Customer Feedback Co-ordinator, the main purpose is to run the customer insight and data analytic programme. This is a full time position Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Other duties include
*Run and manage regular ongoing customer reports, providing further analysis where required
*Collect feedback from a wide range of sourced and channels
*Provide weekly and monthly statistical data on the feedback from customer
