Job description: Job title: Customer Service Administrator
Location of the job and face to face interview: Flint
Contract type: Temporary Ongoing
Weekly hours: 35
Working hours and breaks: 37 hours per week Monday to friday
Pay rate per hour: £9 per hour

This is a large generic team whereby your role as a whole will be to provide administrative and clerical support to the gas service, capital works service and electrical services as well as providing general administrative support to housing asset management team and all other section of Housing Services

This role also processes right to buy applications and works closely with the insurance provider to process tenant's insurance applications

Essential Criteria:

*Providing clear information and answering questions both on the phone and via email
*Computer literate in particular with Word and Excel
*Strong Administration background
*Some knowledge of working within social housing would be preferred but isn't essential.
