Job description: I am currently recruiting for 5 Customer Service Advisor's based in Horsham. These are full time permanent positions working 35 hours a week on a shift pattern basis. The salary is Circa £19,000.

We operate a rotating shift pattern so shifts will vary between:
08:00am and 04:00pm
09:00am and 05:00pm
12:00pm and 08:00pm

The main purpose of the role is to interact with customers contacting our client through multi-channels - telephone, email, webchat and social media.
As the first point of contact, it is important to ensure queries can be resolved first time or be able to recognise when a specialist team can support.

We are looking for a candidate that has experience of :

*Extensive Customer Service
*Working on a variety of systems
*Has the ability to deal with difficult customers with a calm and professional manner
*Working to targets

*Pro-active in contacting customers to talk about debts and money
*Able to use negotiation and persuasion skills to engage with our customers
*Focused and driven to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and the business

*Happy to act on your own initiative and not afraid to make decisions that will affect our customers
*Able to provide empathy and support to our customers when necessary

Please note, if you are successful following an interview, you will need to be available to attend an induction period when you start with us commencing on either Monday 23rd October or Monday 20th November 2017. With the induction being tailored to this role, we are unable to offer any alternative start dates at this time. This may be something you will need to consider should you have a notice period.
