Job description: Customer Service Advisor, Newcastle. Service Care Solutions are currently looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to work for a client based in Newcastle. We have 8 Full time positions available (37.5hrs) with flexible shifts from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am to 12pm and 8 Part Time positions (16-20hrs) on an evening and Saturday. There will be a degree of flexibility with shifts in line with colleague's other commitments so this would be ideal for candidates who are looking for a flexible working pattern. Candidates must have strong, recent contact centre/call centre experience preferably within a busy, fast paced office environment. You will need to be well organised, IT proficient in all Microsoft office functions and will desirably have previously demonstrated high levels of customer service.

The successful candidates will be expected to provide a comprehensive and effective contact centre support to a finance department working on arrears cases and will include; dealing with a high volume of enquires via email and telephone, maintenance of filing systems, both paper and electronic; data input and retrieval; telephony and message taking; progressing, resolving and signposting queries both internally and the general public; liaising with other departments and services and meeting and greeting visitors.
