Job description: Customer Service Advisor, Bishop Auckland. Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for a client based in Bishop Auckland. If you are someone who has experience working in an inbound or outbound call centre environment and looking for immediate work, we have the perfect opportunity for you! My client is offering an immediate start on a full time position working Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first point of contact resolution to customers through all access channels for all enquiries and provide professional advice and assistance relating to the delivery of the clients services. You will be expected to be an effective member of the Customer Service Team providing outstanding services direct to all customers in line with the vision and values of the organisation. You will also be expected to work within any customer access point (including reception areas) at any location within the group and be required to work flexibly across the hours of the relevant business area.
