Job description: Customer Services Advisor needed for Basingstoke and Deane Council, £10.21 ltd a day

Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 4 months (chance of extension)
Hours per week - 30 (9.30 - 15.30)
Pay rate - £10.21 ltd an hour

Job Description
To work as part of a team delivering a first class, professional customer service, using a range of communication methods to ensure that where possible customer enquiries, payments and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.

Experience Required
*NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Customer Services
*Experience in a similar role
