Job description: Customer Service Advisor needed for Shropshire Council, £10.14 ltd per hour

Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 3 months initially
Hours per week - 37
Pay rate - £10.14 ltd an hour
Location - Shrewsbury

Description
*To ensure the delivery of Customer Services in accordance with the Councils core values and service standards.
*This post supports the corporate priority of increasing multi-channel access to services through its responsibility for authority-wide delivery of services through Customer Services.
*You will provide a first class customer focussed service to all customers
*Provide front line customer contact and, where possible, first contact resolution of service and information requests
*Achieving high customer service quality and acting as an advocate for the Council.

What is required?
*Minimum 5 GCSEs or appropriate level of work experience
*Personal commitment to continuous self-development and service training
*Willingness to undertake any appropriate training relevant to the post
*Experience of delivering in excellent standard of Customer Service
*Experience of working in a multi-channel customer service environment
