Job description: Customer Service Adviser - Birmingham

I currently have an excellent opportunity with a large housing association based in Birmingham who are looking for 3 x Customer Service Advisors to work on a temp-perm basis

Hours - Full Time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday between the opening hours 8am to 8pm.

Shift Patterns - Option 1: Fixed late shift 12-8pm with a temp agreement of 10-6pm until end of March. Option 2: Rotating shifts between 8am and 8pm - you will be allocated a variety of shifts throughout the week ranging from 8am - 4:30pm to 12pm - 8pm.

Interviews: W/C 5th February

Start Date:12th February

Training: 4 weeks full time on a variety of shifts from 8am to 8pm - no absences can be permitted during this period.

Job Role:
The Successful candidates will be responsible for handling a variety of customer enquiries via the telephone, digital and electronically, responding to service requests, conducting surveys and acting proactively contacting customers with low level rent arrears.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous contact/call centre experience, positive attitude, willingness to commit to the role and company.
