Job description: Job title - Customer Service Adviser
Location - Southwark (SE1)
Contract - FTC until for 12 months
Salary - £22,000
Hours - Full Time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the opening hours 8 AM to 6 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Job Role:
The Successful candidates will be responsible for handling a variety of customer enquiries via the telephone, digital and electronically, responding to service requests, conducting surveys and acting proactively to inbound calls from customers with repairs and maintenance queries.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous contact/call centre experience, positive attitude, willingness to commit to the role and company.

Experience within repairs/housing is desirable
