Job description: Job title - Customer Service Advisor
Location - Peterlee, SR8
Contract - Temporary ongoing
Hours - 24 hours per week - 4 days, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at 5 hours either 9am to 2pm or 10am to 3pm and Wednesday 4 hours 10am to 2pm.
Start Date: ASAP

The successful candidate will work closely with the Customer Care Team and Team Leader to improve processes and systems within the organisation and will demonstrate a passion about improving the customer experience and be able to inspire others towards continuous improvement. It is a phone-based role covering a Property Services Customer Service line and will also be handling complaints from tenants and liaising with other teams in the company to ensure these complaints are resolved.

Candidate Requirements:
*Call centre experience (inbound or outbound)
*Complaints handling
*Good communication skills
*Accuracy and attention to details
*Practical knowledge MS Office packages, mainly Outlook
*Ability to learn new software quickly
*Previous housing experience would be ideal
