Job description: Revenues and Benefits Customer Service Advisor, Macclesfield. Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity as a Revenues and Benefits Customer Service Advisor to work for a client based in Macclesfield. This is a temporary on going assignment to work on a contract which will give the right candidate an opportunity to get their "foot in the door" in a busy public sector environment. The role will incorporate socially friendly hours working on a rota 4 days @ 7.5hrs and 1 day @ 7hrs between the hours of 8.30 and 5pm.

As this role will be working in the public sector, it is essential that candidates have extensive experience of council tax and housing benefits and be beneficial if candidates had experience of using the Northgate system. Previous experience working in a high volume call handling environment will also be desirable as you will be responsible for providing a front line customer service for all housing benefits and council tax queries. You will have to display an efficient and effective range of customer service duties to meet the high demands of this post.
