Job description: Customer Service Advisor , Caerphilly.

We have a vacancy within the Face to Face section of Customer Services at Caerphilly Council. You will be providing a face to face customer service role to the residents of Caerphilly Council so previous face to face customer services experience is required. You will need to be a quick learner. Knowledge of the services provided by a council and knowledge of council systems would be beneficial. You will be: * handling enquiries about council services * helping customers apply for services and report issues * handling paperwork and verification * dealing with homelessness and customers in crisis situations The team deals with face to face enquiries for Caerphilly Council but also has the remit of encouraging customers to self-serve by using our telephone and computer facilities at our sites.
