Job description: An exciting opportunity has come up for a Customer Service Officer in Huddersfield for 16.5 hours per week.

The job is based in a Customer Services area. The job of Customer Service Officer is to provide a first class customer service to colleagues and external customers, handling customer enquires face to face, over the telephone, internet or email, giving information and resolving queries.

This role is for Friday and Saturday nights from 20:15 to 05:30 with training provided prior to starting. You will be based at an easy to reach location in the town centre.

Essential requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in numerous IT packages

Desirable requirements:
- Previous contact centre experience
