Job description: Our client is looking to appoint a temporary Customer Service Officer at their Barnet office within probation.

Full time - Monday & Friday 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Manning the CRC reception
-Answer incoming calls - routing calls to the right team member, assisting and taking messages
-Welcoming service users and booking them in
-General Admin support for the team
-Assisting in smooth running of the office - including reporting building faults, maintaining templates, keeping reception filing systems tidy and up to date

Skills/experience required:

-Experience of working in an admin/receptionist role
-Excellent Customer service skills
-GSCE'S including Maths and English at grade C or equivalent
-Ability to work as a team effectively
