Job description: Customer Service Officer - MASH Team
Gloucestershire County Council
Gloucester
Initially a 6-month temporary contract
£10.97 ltd per hour

I am looking for 2 Customer Service Officers to join Gloucestershire County Council's Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.

*We are looking to appoint a customer service officer who will be working to handle incoming contacts from the public and professionals about children.
*The Gloucestershire MASH receives all contact about concerns about the welfare of children.
*This role is working in a fast paced office environment, answering phones and email contact regarding the vulnerable children in Gloucestershire.
*We are looking for someone with good customer service skills, organised, can work under pressure and can handle confidential and sensitive information.
*This role is 5 days a week working 9-5.
*This role requires a DBS check
