Job description: Customer Service Representative needed for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, £10.14 ltd per hour

Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 4 months (chance of extension)
Hours per week - 37
Pay rate - £10.14 ltd per hour
Team - Care Direct
Location - Bournemouth

Job Description
*To ensure a positive customer experience, providing a high quality and accurate answer to the customer enquiry
*Deliver excellent customer service is crucial in improving the Council's satisfaction ratings
*Work in a generic team and provide help, support and advice to all customer service enquiries on a range of Council services
*Gather information from the customer, understand the exact nature of the enquiry, utilise council ICT systems to determine the suitable solution and record those actions on the appropriate system
*Treat all customers fairly and equally in accordance with all relevant legislation and Council policy
*Carryout a number of administration functions

Experience Required
*Relevant experience within Customer Service
