Job description: Customer Service Specialist Advisor needed for Somerset County Council, £10 ltd an hour

Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 4 months initially
Hours per week - 37
Pay rate - £10 ltd an hour
Location - Taunton

*Respond to telephone, email, SMS text, fax, white mail and social media enquiries/posts from the general public and professionals, identifying their needs, providing support and guidance and clarifying issues.
*Undertake an initial assessment of often complex needs using prompts and information contained on IT systems and databases
*Log all enquiries, accessing and recording data
*Prepare letters and other documents as required, sending out information and publications to callers as necessary

What is required?
*GCSE level A-C in Maths and English
*Previous administrative experience
*Previous customer service experience
