Data Cleansing Officer - West Yorkshire

Job description: My client, a local authority, is currently seeking a Data Cleansing Officer to work on an initial 4 month contract in West Yorkshire.

My client are looking for a candidate to review and cleanse data within their legacy system. To provide support to the Business Intelligence Workstream Leads to deliver the data cleansing and migration plan ensuring timelines are achieved.

This will be a data-heavy role, which will primarily consist of checking and updating existing records, and cleansing and validating all required data for successful migration to the incumbent solution.

Candidates should have excellent data inputting skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. An ability to bulk input data as required and check data with speed and precision, as well as an ability to cross reference a number of sources to ensure accuracy of data.
