We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join a supportive team in a children’s home that’s truly focused on making a positive and lasting difference in young people’s lives. Salary: £32,500 – £36,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Location: Stoke-On-Trent (ST7)

- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in children’s residential care
- Aged 22+ (in line with children’s home regulations)
- Full UK driving licence
