Job description: Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager to work thing a specialist supported living and residential services for people with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 [+on call]
Salary: £22,250-£23,200 which includes an annual bonus and health care cash back plan.

On a day to day basis, the role is supporting the registered manager in all aspects of the services' management.

The role will involve managing and working with the care staff team providing effective care and support to adult residents with profound learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities.

Person Specification:
The managerial and healthcare aspects of this role require at least 18 months' relevant experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
The successful applicant will hold a QCF Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
Full driving license is preferred
