Job description: Working alongside the Operations Manager in respect of Hospitality and School service provision. Ensure the School Sections meet their business objectives, maintaining effective use of resources while meeting targets and budgetary requirements.
Main Activities.
Assist in ensuring through all operational activities that all the team contribute to the provision of a professional, customer needs led and responsive catering service through a range of food ordering, preparation, food service, food storage, domestic duties and administration associated with the delivery of a large scale catering operation.
Management / Supervisory responsibility for: (3)

Ensure that staff assigned (directly and indirectly), understand the priorities, objectives and policies of the Council, Department and Division and are able to successfully implement decisions.

Responsible for setting clear objectives for these staff, and annually review performance against these objectives.
