Job description: I am currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive based in South East London. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

In your role as a Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for supporting digital and online marketing activity. You will form part of an energetic and growing Sales & Marketing team assisting in day to day marketing activity that includes reviewing paid digital campaigns, creating online content and the implementation of vital digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

*Providing support in delivering digital marketing activities to drive traffic and lead generatio
*Working with Marketing Managers and Executives to maximise the effectiveness of paid digital campaigns
*Researching and investigating new opportunities for digital campaigns
*Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in the implementation of the iProperty portal and Click Dynamics platform
*Developing email marketing templates and content for on-boarding and nurture programmes
*Reviewing property portal content and implementing changes to increase user engagement and discoverability.
*Producing content and suggesting improvements for customer experience across websites and sales pages.
*Reviewing and contributing to the development of Microsites
*Producing monthly performance reports and analysing paid digital campaigns
*Producing Google analytics reports on web performance.
*Developing social media plans and content.
*Competitor marketing analysis, creating reports to support digital planning decisions
*Liaising with internal team and managing suppliers during the delivery of digital projects

Experience and Pre-Qualification Criteria

*At least three years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
*An understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms
*Excellent copywriting and proofreading ability
*Knowledge of website best practice and user experience
*Analytical with a good head for campaign metrics and reporting
*Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Google search console
*Working knowledge of SEO
*Previous experience delivering email marketing campaigns
*You have planned, created and delivered social media content
*Experience using CMS and CRM platforms
*Previous experience managing stakeholders and partnerships with suppliers
*Excellent communication skills and a team player
*Willingness to help develop the digital capability within a new and growing team
