Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for an Early Help Assessment Officer to work within Liverpool Council.

The role is full time (35 hours per week) on a 3 month rolling contract and is an immediate start.

Key features
*To provide strong support via Early Help Hubs to practitioners undertaking Early Help Assessments.
*Supporting the Social Work team.
*Ensure effective recording and delegation of data in liquid logic.
*To respond to requests made to the Early Help Hub and promote best practices in supporting Team Around the Family Meetings and completion of EHAT's in a timely manner.
*A good understanding of Early Help.

The pay rate for this role is £11.14 per hour.
