Job description: Hillingdon Council are currently recruiting for Early Years and Children Centre Practitioner to work in their team across a number of sites.

There will be a variety of shifts on offer throughout the days with a different service users.

This is an exciting opportunity and the roles will include:
To be responsible for the day to day planning, delivery and evaluation of community and centre based activities in support of young children's learning, development and health
To work as part of a team to deliver universal and targeted services for children and their families, as directed by the Children's Centre Co-ordinator.
To plan, deliver and evaluate high quality age appropriate and stimulating activities for children, in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
To give consideration to the physical and emotional needs of all service users.

Skills required:

* A DBS from within the last 12 months
* Applications are invited from those with a care background.
* We will need 2 references
* A Car driver is beneficial but not essential
