The opportunity
We have a great opportunity for an Electrician to join us on a full time and permanent basis. The role with be hybrid working between Haverfordwest and Pembrokeshire. Working on the housing fleet in domestic properties both Void and Tenanted. You will join the repairs and maintenance team.
Some of the key duties will be as follows:
- Be part of dynamic electrical repairs and servicing team undertaking electrical installation condition reports (EICRs), repairs and planned works on the housing stock.
- Demonstrating the ability to use safe systems of work and maintain appropriate paperwork.
- Work with the wider Property Team delivering first class repairs and servicing to our customers.
Qualifications needed:
- NVQ Level 3
- 2391
- 17th Edition or 18th Edition would be desirable
- Driving License
- Certificates in Fire detection, Emergency lighting and health and safety would be desirable
- ECS / JIB
- 3+ year Experience in domestic electrical (Social housing experience would be desirable)

This is a full time position, Monday - Friday 37+Hours a week with overtime available
