Service Care Solutions is looking for an experienced and dedicated Emergency Response Officer who has previously worked in this role or similar. The successful individual will have ideally worked in a Telecare post and be able to provide support for the elderly and those with disabilities living independently. A driver's licence is essential for the role. The post holder must also have an enhanced DBS and undergo an ISA (Independent Safeguarding Authority) check.

RATE - £15 per hour
HOURS - 36 hours per week on a shift basis. 7 am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm or 11pm - 7am.
CONTRACT - 3 Month

*Previous experience of telecare in a similar role essential so the successful candidate can 'hit the ground running'
*To operate the Alarm Receiving Centre's emergency monitoring platform, to respond to alarm calls, make visits and alert other staff as appropriate
*To provide an emergency response and out of hour's service to supported housing scheme residents and users of the Safe and Sound Service and to be responsible for monitoring the delivery of the service in relation to certain objectives
*To use the relevant technology systems to provide high quality assistive technology and telecare services and ensure all customers details are obtained and recorded accurately
*To work shift patterns including nights and also public holidays and bank holiday working
*To encourage customers to use all the facilities provided in the service and assist them in accessing information and services
*The successful individual MUST have a driver's licence and access to their own vehicle
