Job description: I am currently recruiting for an Estate Support and Security Manager (Late Shifts) based in Hammersmith and Fulham. This is a full time role working 36 hours a week Monday to Friday 3:15pm to 11:30pm.

The suitable candidate must have the following experience :

*Estate Support Management - experience of managing people over multiple sites is essential.
*Experience of sheltered housing management.
*Security experience is desirable but not essential.
*Training can be given for the security element of the role if needed.

Some of your key duties will include :

*To increase the level of security on Council Estates, through the effective management and delivery of a value for money Estate Support and Security Service that promotes equality and diversity; meets service standards; reduces anti-social behaviour; facilitates access to council services; continually improves and achieves high levels of resident satisfaction.
*Build close professional relationships with all service stakeholders, within the council, and belonging to statute bodies; resident and community groups. Represent the service at stakeholder meetings including residents. Co-ordinate with other departments on behalf of the service in relation to use and development of CCTV and controlled access monitoring systems.
*To be available to work two weekends in four and be available for other shift working as required to attend meetings and to monitor and co-ordinate services.
*Responsibility for consultation, research; bench marking and analysis in all matters relating to the service and for making recommendations for service improvements. Responsibility for producing detailed service improvement planning, writing complex reports including resource implications; timescales and implementation
