Job description: Estates Services Officer, Morden, Surrey
A large housing association are seeking an experienced Estates Services Officer to support the lead and management of their Estates Services team and provide a customer focussed estate management service.

The Role
To support the lead and management of an Estates Services team you will have the following responsibilities:
-Manage regular estate inspections within your specified patch, ensuring timely feedback and actions are completed in a timely manner
-Manage the cleaning and caretaking service, dealing with performance issues and absence
-Maintain accurate records for service charge purposes and liaise with the service charge team as required
-Support the estate services manager

The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need the following experience:
-At least two years' experience managing staff
-Broad and comprehensive social housing experience
-Housing Law and best practice
-Health and Safety Legislation
-Managing operations, resources and people
-Any professional Housing or Management Qualifications would be highly beneficial to your application

The Contract
This is an initial one-month contract, working full-time, Monday to Friday.
