Job description: We are seeking to recruit a Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer, Group Director of Development and Group Director of Finance & Governance. As the ideal candidate, you will provide full support to the Executive Team, in all areas of administration and project management. This will include scheduling and coordinating national travel, managing extremely detailed and complex email in boxes, organising correspondence and extensive diary management. You will also be responsible for managing projects and associated time lines, organising team meetings, scheduling and organising events, preparing reports and presentations, alongside regular liaison with stakeholders, suppliers and employees. You will be managed by the PA to the Chief Executive.
You must be pro-active, professional and able to operate independently, with little guidance. You must be confident and competent when managing a high volume of tasks, and immensely switched-on when it comes to prioritising responsibilities and their importance. Previous experience supporting at an executive level l is absolutely essential.

Salary - £24000 - £28000 PER Annum dependant on Expereince.
