Job description: Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a local Housing Association based in Tunbridge Wells who require a facilities assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Previous experience working within an office environment and within a maintenance role is essential for this position. This is a full time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle is essential for this position.

We are looking for a facilities assistant who:


· Has experience working within the facilities industry
· Has excellent customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Works well within a team and has good attention to detail
· Has experience working within an office environment
· Has a Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle

You will be working within a housing association and carrying out services such as:


· Supporting the Facilities Manager and carry out a range of duties from supervising contractors to delivering health and safety training
· The role of Facilities Assistant is varied and interesting and you will work in collaboration with your colleagues to ensure that security, cleaning, maintenance and building services run smoothly and efficiently
· Delivering an excellent service with high levels of customer service and satisfaction
· The facilities management team runs the Group's offices and ensures an efficient and cost-effective service
