Facilities assistant
Service care construction are recruiting for a permanent facilities assistant for facilities management company based in the Canary warf area. We require 2 years' experience in face to face facilities management for this role, the duties include:
- Maintain a visible presence with building users and providing a high quality service and customer experience.
- Co-coordinate and collation of management information as required by the workplace lead.
- To work with service line managers, handling all requests from clients and customers.
- First point of contact for facilities management activities.
- Conduct weekly floor audits within the building and log any jobs with the helpdesk.
- Interface between tenants, client and our services.
- Be a "go to" person for Tenants, and client interface
Personal skills
- Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative.
- Experience in using CAFM systems.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Always remains calm, patient and polite when receiving customer feedback.
- Computer literacy, competent in Microsoft office, word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
- Be helpful and go out of your way to help guests, employees and the public.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential for this role.
