Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Advisor/Family Support Worker to work within a busy Leaving Care service where you will be working as part of a team providing support to young people in care and care leavers to ensure a positive transition to adulthood and independence. The job will involve ensuring that young people are living in suitable accommodation, engaging in education, employment or training opportunities and are able to contribute positively within their local communities.

This will be based in Blackpool and would be on an initial 3 month contract with potential for extension.

You will need to have the following:
* As a minimum a Level 4 qualification in a recognised and relevant area (Social Care, Health, Education, Childcare or Community).
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Desirable - An accreditation in an Evidence Based Programme, e.g. ASDAN
