Job description: Our client is looking for a Field Operations Administrator to commence as soon as possible within their probation office.

Key responsibilities:

- Data entry
- Manage the Community Payback Logistics, collating and recording service user attendance records
- Supporting the field team to ensure that Community Payback projects across London are resourced and managed effectively to deliver the outcomes required by London CRC
- Tracking of the use of Agency employees, ordering equipment, and interface with the Community Payback field delivery teams including attending area meetings and project placement administration.
- To support the Operations Manager in managing the budget for staff and resources by keeping clear records.
- Supporting the operation to ensure that service user attendances and failures are recorded accurately on a daily basis.

Skills/experience required:

- GCSE'S in Maths and english at grade C or equivalent
- Ideal candidate will have data entry experience
- Administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication

Hours:

Full time Monday to Friday and on a rota for weekend work (enhanced pay rate for weekend work)
