Job description: Job Title: Finance Assistant (Purchase Ledger)
Location: Exeter, EX2 (3 days in office, 2 at home)
Contract Type: Ongoing temporary until end of March
Weekly Hours: 35 Hours
Start Date: January 2021

This is a brand new role to help ensure an effective supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across our clients organisation. The person will co-ordinate local PPE suppliers, provide reliable price comparisons, and plan stock requirements of PPE while providing additional support to the Purchase Ledger team

Essential experience and pre-qualification criteria

*Proven purchase ledger experience and stock control
*MS Office including previous experience of Excel & Outlook
*Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Knowledge of basic accounting techniques and principles
