Job description: Are you a Financial Accountant looking for new Permanent role? Experience in Maintaining Sage 200 system? Experience in People Management?

Service Care Solutions are Recruiting on behalf of my client in Liverpool, CDP Print Management.

As a Financial Accountant you'll be responsible for the preparation of accurate, timely and informative Accounts for this

award winning company, and a smaller subsidiary organisation along with completion of statutory submissions. Supervising a team of 3, you will be

responsible for:

●Main contact for internal and external accounts queries, and liaison with divisional teams on financial matters

●Maintaining and updating the Sage 200 system.

●Managing cash flow and treasury functions

●Making pro-active contribution to the improvement of financial processes.

●Supplier payments

●Ensuring the accounts team meets month end deadlines involving invoice runs and management accounts

completion

●Preparing and reporting of quarterly management accounts, reporting of monthly KPIs, and distribution to Board

●Monthly reconciliation of all Bank accounts, e-commerce accounts (service payment provider/merchant account)

and credit card statements

● Monthly reconciliation of deferred and accrued income

●Production of Vat Returns

●Managing and reviewing aged debt position

●Budget preparation

●Quarterly variance analysis

●Maintaining fixed asset registers

●Preparation and submission of monthly pension deductions to pension fund manager. Execution of employer's

duties regarding Auto-enrolment (including correspondence with staff and Pensions Regulator).

As a Financial Accountant you will possess demonstrable experience in a similar role preparing monthly management and

annual financial accounts for a business with various divisions. In addition, you should possess the following qualities and

experience:

●Experience of managing a team

●Excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to work to strict deadlines

●Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

●IT skills, including working knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel to an advance standard

●Ability to present at Board level, and with Senior management.

●Discretion & trustworthiness is a must
