Job description: Floating Sheltered Scheme Co-ordinator & Sheltered Services Coordinator - Portsmouth

I am currently recruiting for two positions both based in Portsmouth. The first is a Floating Sheltered Scheme Co-ordinator on a part time 20 hour week permanent basis and the second is a Sheltered Services Coordinator on a part time 20 hour week 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Floating Sheltered Scheme Co-ordinator

Areas of responsibility include:
*Flexible to provide floating cover for sheltered schemes as required
*Ensure that the sheltered housing scheme is well run and that the building is safe and secure for residents
*Provide basic tenancy advice and services to customers signposting to relevant individuals where necessary for resolution
*Referring residents to specialist agencies for additional support where there is a well-being concern
*Facilitate letting our empty homes by arranging and supervising viewings and supporting with sign up's as required
*Lead on health and safety matters within the scheme
*Ensuring repairs and faults are quickly remedied
*Ensuring a range of contractors deliver a high standard
*Work with internal and external colleagues with regards to the appropriate delivery of volunteer support and well-being services
*Supervising and overseeing cleaning and laundry staff and services as appropriate

Sheltered Services Coordinator

Areas of responsibility include:
*Ensuring that the sheltered housing scheme is well run and that the building is safe and secure for residents
