Communal Services Team Leader
Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local housing association based in Liss who require a communal services team leader to join their team on a permanent basis.
Candidates preferably will have experience in team leading / supervising grounds maintenance, landscaping and gardening..
This is for a full time position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role involves:
- leading a team and delivering services
- Grass mowing
- strimming
- litter collection
- leaf clearance
- hedge and shrub pruning
- General grounds maintenance
- Grass cutting
- Shrub and hedge cutting
- Litter picking
- Strimming
