Job description: Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Growth & Performance Manager for our client based in the Leicester area.

About the role.

Based in our clients Leicester office. As a Growth & Performance Manager you will be required to work closely with current Care Home clients to engage with Care Agencies close by to each location and sign them to the platform. You will ensure all our Care Home requirements are fulfilled by partner agencies.

What the role requires:

*Ensuring all Care Homes allocated are maximising spend.
*Sales Pipeline Management.
*Lead generation and development.
*Responsible for delivery of monthly Sales Report against KPIs.
*Ensuring maximum revenue opportunities are realised against all allocated accounts.
*Working to partner with Care Agencies near to each Care Home customer.
*Communicating to all sponsors/ stakeholders on a weekly basis to inform what activity has taken place on the account.
*Meeting with nominated client representatives monthly to report and present management information and project progress.
*Focus on sourcing, engaging, and building a pipeline of appointments to win business from new clients.
*Prepares own reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information from prospect list.
*Ensuring all 'live' or potential locations are visited regularly.
*Ensuring client pay and charge rates remain competitive within the market.
*Delegating tasks down to operations team when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience;

*5+ years of working in Recruitment.
*2 + years working in the Care Sector.
*C-Level relationship building.
*Working with Care Agencies to fill Care Home requirements for temporary staff.
*Able to build rapport with people quickly.
*Recruitment experience, ideally client side, with exposure to business development and account management
*Organised enough to manage an end-to-end sales cycle from cold call to close.
*Capable of bringing software platforms to life with informative online demos.
*Experience of dealing with multiple opportunities at any one time.
*Comfortable in a targeted environment.
