Job description: Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Head of Service for the Adults Improvement Team West Sussex

The works team covers Safeguarding and Dols but already has a strong operational no nonsense manager; the Mental health services is reviewing the Sec 75 agreement and TOM with the MH Trust, we need to review the AMPH service, review of Out of Hours and work with the restructure of Adults Service.

You will need to demonstrate the following

1.Ability to work in areas which hold for Adults the greatest degree of risk to the service if not managed well but is also diverse.
2.Demonstrate what they have delivered, any benefits and the timeframe. What personal difference have they made to a service?
3.Demonstrate they not only are strategic but also can they actually work with staff and role model what they want the teams to achieve. Roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
4.We are looking for resilient / driver personalities who are completer / finishers

- We need people who are able to challenge and then work with and support teams to change the culture, while maintain relationships with Peer colleagues i.e. gain trust / respect
