Job description: Help to buy Advisor - Coventry
A nationwide housing association are recruiting for a Help to Buy Advisor in Coventry, with initial customer enquiries by telephone and email and assessing the eligibility of Low Cost Home Ownership applications.

The Role
The main focus of the role is assessing home ownership applications, however, you will also have the following responsibilities:
-Dealing with initial customer enquiries by telephone and email
-Undertake general office administration and support to the HBA.
-Assessing the eligibility of LCHO applications within required HCA timescales
-Responsible for updating the applicant database
-Responsible for responding to e-mail enquiries from the Orbit First Step in box within required service standard timescales
-Responsible for assessing LCHO applications within the HCA required timescale of 4 working days
-Responsible for the preparation of sales packs and marketing materials

The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in a home-ownership role, as well as:
-Good Communication, interpersonal and written skills
-Experience of working in a Customer Service environment
-Proficient in the use of Word and Excel
-Able to work quickly & efficiently

The Contract
This vacancy is on an intial three-month contract, starting immediately, though this is likely to be extended further.
The role will be working Monday - Friday shifts of 1 week 8-4 am, and 2nd week 10-6 pm with 45 minutes lunch. You will initially work 9-5 pm whilst training, possibly for 4 weeks.
