Job description:

Homelink Advisor based in Nottingham.

6 Month Contract - Great Oppurtunity.

Start ASAP

Interviews likely to be held on 15th and 20th July depending on application date.

Up to 6 months contract

Requirement due to extra support needed in the team

Tasks/ skills required:

  • Mainly working through housing applications- need Northgate skills or some experience of registering housing applications and processing applications
  • Communicating with customers/ applicants and support agencies verbally and online
  • Supporting customers (vulnerable & challenging) and advising customers on how to access system
  • Processing data sometimes sensitive
  • Allocations officer, choice based lettings service, lettings background
  • MS skills- Excel, word, outlook
  • Admin skills- typing, inputting info correctly, updating systems, gathering data and inputting into Northgate, sending on letters.
  • WFH, and maybe some office based in future Harvey Road (NG8 3BB)
