Job description: Home Sales Manager, London (SE1)
A large housing association are recruiting for a Private Sales Manager, who will support the Head of Sales and manage a sales executive, leading schemes through the acquisition and full delivery process, ensuring all sales targets are hit (revenue and time).

The Role
The focus of the role is to form part of the Latimer senior management team, inputting into the strategy, shape and delivery of the Groups private sales programme.
*Leading on the design and implementation for scheme specific sales strategies for all market sale sites.
*Leading on the input into layout, mix, phasing and specification of the Company's residentially led schemes
*Working with the land teams, new business and bid teams reporting on market data, and feeding in realistic sales assumptions, sales rates, revenues, contract timings, specification levels and budget requirements.
*To run thorough and robust due diligence for all the Groups Joint Venture opportunities. Ensuring we are fully integrated and involved in the projects.
*Attend all sales, design and joint venture meetings, for each scheme, often working alongside Directors and Heads of.
*Preparing, writing and presenting new scheme acquisition reports and reporting to Senior Management on the recommended course of action
*Writing and supporting the completion of all private sale IC papers.
*Preparing, writing and presenting sales strategies, assessing and analysing realistic proposals to support business growth and sales delivery.
*To lead on the appraisal of every new opportunity that comes into the group.
*To lead the appointment of, and fully manage each schemes sales project team. Including the internal marketing team, IT, sales agents, managing agents, and fit out companies.
*Ensure the marketing collateral meets the needs of the sales strategy. Driving value whilst increasing brand awareness through the production of brochures, hoarding, advertising, signage, models and exhibitions etc.
*To lead on the design and implementation of all show homes and marketing suites. Managing the marketing team to ensure timely delivery.
*To lead and ensure all key project milestones are hit.
*To lead and motivate the wider team to ensure monthly and annual targets are hit and exceeded where possible.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will require previous experience and in-depth knowledge of the London property market and a thorough understanding of mortgage, conveyancing, Consumer code and all legal sales procedures in the residential market.
You will also require excellent stakeholder management skills and be proficient in computer packages (including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

The Contract
This is a part time role, working 27.5 hours per week, on an initial temporary contract until mid-May 2019. This is covering a permanent vacancy so you would have an excellent chance of becoming permanent.
