Job description: Home Services Manager, Greenwich - PERM
A large housing association based in London and the South East are recruiting for a Permanent Home Services Manager to deliver the full spectrum of tenancy and leasehold management across a patch in Greenwich.

The Role
In this position you will be taking ownership for a patch of properties and working with customers to ensure efficient tenancy and leasehold management including; letting empty homes, income maximisation and arrears management, setting service charges & producing Service Charge Schedules for sales, resolving anti-social behaviour and managing casework including attending court, ensuring customers' homes are safe in relation to gas and fire safety and repairs are carried out effectively, undertaking estate inspections and delivering agreed actions:
*Working proactively with customers, managing expectations, to ensure that they are able to have successful tenancies and have a positive view of their environment and landlord
*Proactively supporting team members to deliver seamless services in line with the Corporate Strategy and individual objectives
*Delivering improved performance on key indicators including customer satisfaction, letting empty homes, post inspections, estate inspections and income collection

The Candidate
In particular we are looking for candidates with a good working knowledge of leasehold & shared-ownership management including the management of lease agreements with external developers and managing agents for our sites. The applicant should also have demonstrate-able organisational skills and experience of working with and alongside external management companies & stakeholders.
As a Home Services Manager you will need to exemplify an excellent, personalised customer first approach. You will demonstrate a proven commitment to take ownership, creating innovative resolutions that improve service delivery and maximise customer satisfaction. This should be demonstrate-able across all tenures of Housing management, including Leasehold and Social Housing.

*This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of circa £35,000 per annum.
*23 days holidays plus public holidays. We also close between Christmas and New Year, so you get another 3 days bonus!
