Job description: Role: Housing Admin Officer
Location: Nottingham, NG8 3BB
Work pattern: Fulltime - 37 hours, Mon-Fri
Start date: ASAP
End date: 12 week ongoing contract

I'm seeking a Admin officer to work in a busy housing department on a twelve-week contact. The successful candidate will have previous experience in working in an administrative role, including providing a strong customer service/handling complaints. You will be flexible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and prioritise your own work load. You will also possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
*You will be responsible for providing effective business and admin support to all the housing needs and strategy teams. Including answering correspondence and telephone calls, inputting and accessing computer data and other ad hoc duties.
*Provide general advice on the HomeLink choice based lettings scheme.
*You communicate with customers over the phone and via letter.
*Raise all orders and requisitions.

Experience:
*Experience of working in and administrative and customer service role.
*Experience in using different IT software.
*Experience working within lettings/housing.
