Job description: Housing & Wellbeing Assistant (Day & Night) positions available for bank staff in various location within the North West with various shift patterns available. Must have an Enhanced DBS.

I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a large Housing Association, who are looking for candidates to add to our bank staff to pick up shifts in various locations :

Blackpool, Blackburn, St Helen's

Shift patterns are usually 7:30am to 3:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm and are often for on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (dependant on your availability)

The main purpose of the role is to provide assistance to our customers; as and when required, to work as part of a dedicated team to manage high quality accommodation and services, ensuring the successful running of the building, to act as a first point of contact for the premises, responding to all enquiries via phone, email or in person, and to maintain the safety and security of customers, colleagues, visitors, contractors as well as the premise, and equipment.

Some of you key duties will include :

*To provide assistance or guidance to our customers; supporting them to fulfil the terms of their occupancy agreement and proactively following procedures when this is not the case
*To proactively raise any concerns about any customer(s) with the Housing and Wellbeing Officer and to report any concerns about any customer(s) welfare
*To take appropriate immediate action in emergency situations; contacting the emergency services and promptly informing the on call manager with full details and further action as required;
*To actively ensure the security of the building, monitoring CCTV for the purpose of security and safety; to manage visitor access to the premises, as appropriate
*To identify and report communal repairs and log these through the appropriate channels

Mileage at 0.45p a mile if required to travel for work purposes.
