Job description: Housing Care & Support Assistant Vacancies - Chelmsford
One of the largest housing associations in London and the Southwest is recruiting for a number of vacancies for their Premium Elderly Support focussed scheme in Chelmsford. The vacancies are for one Care Assistant and four Night Care Assistants.

The Roles
The focus of the roles is to provide high quality, flexible, person-centred care, treating all individuals with respect and dignity at all times. You will support residents to achieve the outcomes in their personalised care plan, improving their quality of life and building confidence and skills to enable independent living, whilst playing an active role in their communities.

The Candidate
Having experience in a care or support setting is an advantage, but what matters more to us is your kind, caring, compassionate nature and motivation to do a great job. The client will give you all the training you need, including the Care Certificate, a CQC and industry wide qualification.
As the scheme is not in the centre of town, a driving licence and car driver would be preferable but not essential if local.
You will require a DBS in the role, but this will be carried out free of charge upon being offered the position.
