HOUSING CONTACT CENTRE ADVISOR - CHRISTCHURH, DORSET

Job description: I am currently recruiting for a Housing Contact Centre Advisor based in Christchurch, Dorset. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours a week with shift patterns as follows - 8 - 6pm in shifts i.e. 8 - 4:30, 8:30 - 5pm, 9 - 6. Please be aware that the 1 hour lunch and 2 x 15 minutes breaks are pre-scheduled

Main Duties :

*Calls from customer residents, police tenants, repairs, diagnostics, rent payments, transfer calls to income recovery officers. Forced calls, free format. Booking in work, raising orders, initiative.
*Taking 40 - 60 calls per day - scenario based issues.
*After call time targets, logging in etc, more quality based

Essential Criteria :

*Good communication.
*Ability to build rapport
*Ability to empathise, and resilience
*Accuracy is very important

Experience:

*Customer service skills
*Experience dealing with the public.
*Advantageous if they have previous in this sector.
*Wanting to find a solution to provide the best customer service
*Great pride in resolving
