Job description: Housing Officer, Bracknell
A large housing association are recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to cover a patch in Bracknell, and provide excellent service to residents with regards to all aspects of housing management.

The Role
The focus of this vacancy is to own and manage the customer relationship, providing innovative mixed tenure landlord services within a patch, meeting individual and community needs. This will include the following tasks:
-Efficient tenancy and leasehold management
-Letting empty homes
-Income maximisation and arrears management
-Setting service charges
-Resolving anti-social behaviour
-Managing casework
-Ensuring customers' homes are safe in relation to gas and fire safety
-Ensuring repairs are carried out effectively
-Undertaking estate inspections and delivering agreed actions
-Delivering improved performance on key indicators including customer satisfaction, letting empty homes, post inspections, estate inspections and income collection

The Candidate
To be successful in applying for this vacancy, you will require the following skills and experience:
-Previous housing management experience
-Strong understanding of tenancy issues and tenancy management
-Experience of providing leasehold management

The Contract
This is a full time role (35 hours per week) on an initial 3 month contract, which may be extended.
