Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for new talent to join their ever-growing business. SCS are the 3rd fasted growing, privately owned Recruitment Agency based in the centre of Preston. We specialise in nine different sectors, providing temporary and permanent staff to various organisations nationwide. We supply staff to NHS trusts, local authorities and various other clients across the UK.

We are currently looking for an HR Administrator to take responsibility for a wide range of duties relating to the business. You will have an exciting opportunity to learn, grow and develop. Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will be working in a challenging position in a dynamic work environment.
The role involves:
• Compile personnel files of all employees using People HR, ensuring full compliance and up to date documents
• Prepare agenda’s when requested for internal meetings and distribute to attendees
• Attend meetings when requested to take minutes and distribute to attendees
• Setting up new users and removing users on a variety of systems
• Book and record all travel and hotel bookings for employees relating to client visits
• Other administrative functions as directed by Managers
• Track and save all exit interviews and ensure appropriate communication is sent
• Update and communicate to all employees with any changes to key contacts within the business

Internal Recruitment
• Advertise all internal vacancies on various outlets, Social Media and SCS website
• Record and manage all internal applications on a daily basis using the HR spreadsheet
• Responsible for booking all stages of the internal interview process
• Liaising with Rec 2 Rec recruitment agencies
• Liaising with Divisional Leads upon an appointment of a new employee, chase references, arrange an offer letter and organise start dates
• Book out meeting rooms/board rooms for face to face interviews
• Greet all internal interviewees and seat them in a meeting room/board room
• Record all new employees personnel details/documents on People HR
• Organise training packs relevant to the division and ensure the new employee has signed all relevant documentation

Other Duties
• Order stationary and other supplies when required
• Any other duties required

The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum 1 year office based admin experience
• Experience of working within a fast paced dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong IT skills, including MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Educated to degree level or CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
• Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application
• The ability to work with discretion at all times
