Job description: Job title - HR Administrator
Location - Speke (L24)
Contract - Ongoing
Hours - Full Time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the opening hours 9 AM and 5 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Our Client are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to provide support to the HR Business Partners while the permanent role is recruited for. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality HR function in line with HR strategy and policy. Provide basic advice on the policies and procedures to staff and managers, and be the first point of contact for general HR enquiries.

The Ideal candidate will:
*Two years proven HR Administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
*Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
*Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*Basic understanding of HR processes and procedures.
*Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) with data entry experience.
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, persuade and influence at all levels both internally and externally.
